Interim Retirement Commissioner
As Interim Retirement Commissioner I’ll continue to oversee this work, focusing on improving the wellbeing of New Zealanders most at risk of arriving at retirement in poor financial health. Key initiatives include those targeting Māori and Pasifika communities, especially supporting cross-sector partnerships by embedding financial capability into their programmes.
Director of Learning
I'm responsible for leading the learning, behaviour change programmes and educational experiences that CFFC provides for New Zealanders to increase their financial capability. In addition, I'm responsible for the quality, development, innovation and learner experience of all learning programmes across workplaces, community and schools.
Head of Content
I'm the Head of Content at CFFC and lead a team of marketers and content creators to inspire, inform and educate New Zealanders with relevant storytelling and tools across multiple communications channels, including the Sorted website, social media and news outlets. I'm also responsible for understanding the impact and influence of our content and marketing to enhance our ability to change behaviours and improve the financial wellbeing of New Zealanders.
I am responsible for leading the core operational functions within CFFC. I support the Retirement Commissioner by overseeing Finance, Human Resources, IT and the administration functions. My team and I ensure CFFC’s working environment, culture and operations are effective and comply with best practice. Successful operations are critical for the work we do at CFFC. When we do our job well, the rest of the team are more effectively supported to improve the financial wellbeing and capability of all New Zealanders.
