I’m responsible for leading the work focused on improving the wellbeing of New Zealanders most at risk of arriving at retirement in poor financial health. Key initiatives include those targeting Māori and Pasifika communities, especially supporting cross-sector partnerships by embedding financial capability into their programmes.

I lead delivery of the National Strategy for Financial Capability and I'm also responsible for CFFC’s key planning, reporting and accountability processes and documents.

Lyndsey Francis

I'm the Head of Content at CFFC and lead a team of marketers and content creators to inspire, inform and educate New Zealanders with relevant storytelling and tools across multiple communications channels, including the Sorted website, social media and news outlets. I'm also responsible for understanding the impact and influence of our content and marketing to enhance our ability to change behaviours and improve the financial wellbeing of New Zealanders.
